The ELN Dashboard was designed in 2018 to monitor the activity of the Electronic Laboratory Notebook Platform.

Scope

The Dashboard displays current and previous year, and it is reloaded Daily.

Target Audience: WebCC Application Leader and R&I Business Owner of the ELN

Security: the users have access to some or all Departments.

The dashboard can be accessed via the Qlikview Access point and then selecting the “ELN Dashboard”.

If you do not see the dashboard in the Qlikview Access point, it means you do not have access to it. You can request the access via this online form (it will be submitted for approval to the dashboard owners). 

Sources

The ELN dashboard displays data from the ELN system (Views from ELN database). All theses sources are reloaded daily.

Main KPIs

Active Users = By Month, number of Active Users (by department). Users with at least one connexion to ELN. Daily reload and get the max by month.

Enterprise Users = By month, number of Users connected at least one time with Enterprise license. Daily reload and get the max by month.

Last Login Date = Days since last connexion for all active users + users never connected.

Connexions = By week, number of user connected + Number of connexions + mean of connexion by users.

New Experiment = By week, number of new experiments loaded in ELN system.

Versions = By week, number of new experiments loaded in ELN system.

Version > 30 Mo = List of new versions with a storage > 30 Mo.

Uploaded Files = Number and size of uploaded files by file type

Database Size = Size of the database. Daily reload and get the current Database size

File > 20 Mo = List of files with a storage > 20 Mo.
