To check if WBS orders are settled, use the report Z1K_SOLDE_WBS

Look for a variant with

Finance Service Line > Z1K_SOLDE_WBS - Check that WBS are settled in PF2 > Z1K_SOLDE_WBS initial screen.png

Double click on the variant you want or select it and click on Finance Service Line > KSUx KSVx KEUx - Create a cycle run group > BUTTON_SAP_ENTER.PNG

Finance Service Line > Z1K_SOLDE_WBS - Check that WBS are settled in PF2 > Z1K_SOLDE_WBS variant.png

Enter the period

and execute Finance Service Line > KSU5, KEU5, KSV5 - Execute Actual Assessment > BUTTON_SAP_EXECUTE

Finance Service Line > Z1K_SOLDE_WBS - Check that WBS are settled in PF2 > Z1K_SOLDE_WBS period.png

When the report doesn’t display a value in the column ‘solde’ the WBS elements are completely settled in the selected period.
