Start the transaction using the menu path or transaction code


Create Material Cost Estimate with Quantity Structure: Initial screen


 

 

  1. Enter the material code to be costed
  2. Enter the plant code
  3. Enter the costing variant :
    1. Z25 in Latin America (WP1)
    2. ZEP in Korea (WP1)
    3. ZFO in other countries (WP1)
    4. ZPC1 in all countries PF1

 and go to the tab "Dates"

 

 

 

  1. Enter the "Costing Date From" (usually the date of the day, but it can also be for the 1st of following month)
  2. Enter the "Qty Structure Date" (= Costing Date From)
  3. Enter the "Valuation Date" (= Costing Date From)

 

 

Press Enter to see the price calculated.


Check the log is there are error or warning messages by clicking 

 

 

 

When there are error or warning messages, you must clear them before saving







If all messages are cleared, save the costing  and 

A message confirms that the cost estimate is being saved



If there are no errors, continue with the Marking and Release of the cost.
