Application contains the lists of all investment projects, already started or planned, with all the information needed to sort them out,

prioritize them,  and have them approved.

Integrated with SAP, COLMAR is fed with actual project expenses which make it easy for the people in charge to

follow them up and update quarterly forecasts.

Access

Access to the Colmar Application has to be requested (See Getting an account).

Access is managed at 2 levels, which you need to precise when requesting the access : 

  • GBU
  • Plant

Portal

COLMAR project creation, modification and edition is accessible through the IE browser.

Chrome browser works with some tiny limitations too, but unsupported.

Single Sign-On (SSO). This link logs you directly into COLMAR, with
no password needed.

Available Menus depend on the user’s profile

Reporting Perimeter

Currently the WBP Colmar Application contains actual data coming from the  Acetow, PF1 and WP1 ERP server.

 

(warning) Upon project validation in COLMAR the following process driven by SBS-Back Office will create it in PS. 

No manual input: the project will be created in PS from the project properties in Colmar.
BW queries have been designed to
  • list the projects approved in Colmar but not created in PS
  • list the projects the approval status of which has changed so that it can be reported to PS (Closed, Technically Complete)
  • list the project the approval amounts of which have changed so that it can be updated in PS.
SBS will run those queries, save the result as text files and run an upload program to create them in SAP (PF1 or WP1).
This upload program will be available by week 53 (December 21 th)

 

Data update

The data (Actual Capex) is updated daily around ~8 am Paris Time.

Currency conversion

 

The currency conversion is based on the "CAR4" type of exchange rate
Definition is :
Monthly Average rate + SIMU rate (all curr)
  •  SIMU is the BFC BFR rate which is the budget rate reviewed every quarter.

A core query Currency Exchange rate details is available to display rate values to a period of time.
