Rhodia is organized in enterprises, groups of IECRA. This structure is used to provide the proper reports for business follow-up.
The first level is the IECRA, the market. An IECRA is determined by the combination of a division (product group) and a distribution channel (linked to a customer).
The next level is the group of IECRA, called Profit Center Carat (market in the Magnitude reporting tool), which gives more consolidated markets.

Acronym of Inventory and Costing (IAC). Internal control is addressing risk related to physical inventory, inventory valuation and manufacturing fixed and variable cost of sales.


An Internal Order is used to monitor costs of an organization. It permits to gather and to follow specifically some costs.

Internal orders can be used for the following purposes:

  • Monitoring the costs of short-term jobs
  • Monitoring the costs of a specific service
  • Ongoing cost control

An internal order needs to be settled to one or several cost center(s) at the end of each month.

It is possible to budget an internal order in order to analyze the actual versus forecast.
