Note: For Finance Cockipit Dashboard - Request L2 QV member to run the task and then inform user that the access is available now

After getting Validation, reply to user using "Template 1"

If Qlikview page is not available / server issue

Get the required information (Link and screenshot)

Check if the user access is fine/not

Then , Transfer to IS-CGI-L2 QV
