For any new access creation/modification of SAP BO account raised via qualtrics form

Create/ Modify access as requested after getting proper validation
Send a separate e-mail to the user with login Procedure and credential keep all our Team members in cc, using Temaplate - email format
Reply to the FD ticket using Template 1

Dear User,

Your personal BusinessObject (Bi4) account is now available for BO application

URL : http://bi4.eua.solvay.com/BOE/BI (to use on Internet Explorer)

Login is automatic with your NtUser. ("Single Sign On" policy)

Note if you "Log Off", control you have following Sign On Screen :

Stellar Program > BO Response to the users > image2018-7-13 16:15:55.png

with :

- your "NT Username" as "User Name"

- Windows AD as "Authentication"

Don't change what is automatically set as "System".

Then, for re-connection from this screen, use you NT Password (the one you are using to connect your workstation to the Solvay Network)
