When you need to push a project into production, it must be migrated from Design to Automation node.

To do this, send a ticket to Freshdesk.

• Select the following options :

The resquest should contains:

• Explanation of the need
• A clearly documented project
• Non regression test cases
• A clean project respecting best practices
  
  

The request is studied and if it is clear, the project is put in the Automation TEST server and monitored by the user.

If it is OK, the project is put in the Automation PRODUCTION server, and monitoring rules are implemented.

• Put in production  will be handled on best effort
• User is responsible of the update/corrections on his project
• BD&A Team becomes responsible of the daily automation monitoring
