Clean-up Rules:

•  A project not used since 2 months have to be deleted or archived by users (reminder after 1.5 months)
• A notebook older than 7 days is unloaded (no reminder)
• User is responsible of not replicating data, he has to remediate those problems within a month
• User can schedule on Design servers for testing purposes, for a maximum of one week. For triggers below 1H administrator can remove the triggers without prior notice to maintain server integrity

Monitoring:

•  Ressources will be monitored by DSS Administrator
• Design projects will be monitored to ensure that above rules are respected
• Projects in production will be monitored
