Overview


In this section we will see how to invite people to an Internal Visit to synchronize calendars and also how to log guests attending the Internal Visit.

Invite colleagues to an Internal Visit


 

Open your Internal Visit and click on "Link" in the field "Related Event

 

Once on the Calendar Event page, click on the "Edit"  button


Click on the “Add Invitees” button

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Then a pop-up window is opened. In it :

  • type the name of the person to invite in the "for" field

  • Press the "Go" button so the person's name appears in the "Search result"

  • Tick the checkbox in front of the name and click on the "Insert Selected" button, so the name appears in the "Selected List"

  • Once you are done selecting all the attendees, press the "Done" button

 

 

 

 

 

Check the list of invitees is the one you wish. You can remove people by usinf the "Remove" buttons or add new ones by repeating the previous step

 

 

 


Do not forget to save your Internal Visit by clicking on the “Save” button.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Log Guests on your Internal Visits


 

By adding Guests to you Internal Visit, you will be able to send emails with all the meeting's information to them in one click and be able to record who attended the meeting

 

 

Access your Internal Visit and scroll down to the related list "Guest".

Once there, click on the "New Guest" button

 

 

 

 


Type the name of the person attending the meeting in the "User" field.

If it is not suggested, click on the Lookup icon ; a pop-up window will appear and suggest you the user in link with the name you typed before

 

 

 

 


Do not forget to "Save"




If you have several Guests to log in, use the button "Save & New" ; this will allow you to create several Guests in a row
