If yes and only one contact found, copy over CRM values into User Creation Template

Check if ACCOUNT's CORPORATE GROUP has already been roll out:
If yes, copy over CRM values into User Creation Template

If no, indicate cannot create user as "Account is not in the allowed Corporate Group"
If no, indicate for "New contact creation"
In solvay-ecommerce, share template (list of users) with SAP solvay-ecommerce team (Arthur):
Check if user exist in solvay-ecommerce system
If yes, copy over solvay-ecommerce userid into column "Federation ID" into User Creation Template
If no, indicate "N/A" in column "Federation ID"
