If the user faces an issue while logging into Labware, reply in the following format:

Good Day!

Could you please connect with the remote desktop connection and login the Labware environment with the below credentials and let us know the feedback?

Please make the changes to your NT user name and when credentials are requested please enter your Solvay NT password. 

By performing the above you will reach to NOHTS13 Production server.

Now again login with the below credentials:

UserId "  " and 
 
Password  XXX(Case sensitive) [Credentials are shared to user through separate mail]
 
Could you please confirm us on successful login so that we can resolve this case?
