STEPS TO SOLVE CANCELLED UPDATES TICKETS
Step 1: SAP wp1/pf1 system
Step 2:TCODE- SM13
1> give client as 400
2>give user as mentioned in ticket.
3>give the date from(previous day)to (present day)
4>execute

Step 3
After we execute SM13 we get the below screen.

We need to click on each update request individually to delete it,before it we need to check if the documents is available in the calendar or not .
Step 4
Below is the screen after you select each update request error

Step 5
Once we click on the update message error we get the below screen.
Initially click on all the parameters followed by its association type and check if there are any error messages

Step 6
For few update request error you may get a material document created ,to check if that document is available in the calendar go to TC:MB01 and check if the document is available or not

Step 7
If the material document is not available in the calendar then you can delete the record and close the ticket

Step 8
Close the ticket by writing private note.
