You can manage the page restrictions by clicking on the padlock Costing - Knowledge Base > Access restriction > image2016-2-10 15:42:53.png

Costing - Knowledge Base > Access restriction > access restriction padlock.png

You can restrict viewing and/or restrict editing
You can select a person
or a group

Costing - Knowledge Base > Access restriction > access restriction type.png

Select the type of restriction you want to do
Enter the person or the group

Click Costing - Knowledge Base > Access restriction > restrict confluence.png and

Costing - Knowledge Base > Access restriction > access restriction enter.png

The padlock is now closed and red. It means that there is applied

Costing - Knowledge Base > Access restriction > access restriction padlock red.png

You can display and manage restriction by clicking on Costing - Knowledge Base > Access restriction > image2016-2-10 15:51:59.png (no need to edit the page)
