2-Take all the user ids from the attachment

3-Use transaction SU01D and take the mail id of all the users

4-Drop a mail to all the user id with attachment as below

Hello,

A total number of 29 SAP user ID's have been identified in the file given above. An email has been sent to the respective users who have to click on the 'final delivery' checkbox if the PO have actually been completed.if completed please ignore this mail. Hence proceeding for closure of this ticket.
