1/ Definition

It measures the causes of work deplanification. When we use GWOS to schedule the work, every time we are going to modify the date we must fulfill the reason of deplanification. This indicator is going to show the main causes of deplanification by week.

2/ Objective / Target

The objective is to identify and solve which are the causes that are forcing us not to respect our schedule.

There is no concrete target. The main objective should be to minimize the deplanification, and reduce it to emergencies or other causes out of our control.

3/ Formula

number of deplanified operations : ∑ deplanified operation by cause of deplanification

rate of deplanification (%) = (∑ déplanification) / (∑ (scheduled + reactive))

rate of deplanification by cause (%) = (∑ déplanification by cause) / (∑ deplanification)
