% Respect of preventive maintenance
It calculates the respect of our maintenance plan included is SAP. The system gives us the possibility to create and launch our activities of planned maintenance (maintenance plan)
KPI (in %) = Number of works issued from maintenance plan executed during snapshot week / total Number of works issued from maintenance plan during snapshot week
Weekly
For every work order issued from a maintenance plan and to be completed during the week, we compare the actual finish date face to the required end date in the notification, or to the planned date of the call if there is no notification.
