Convergence is your Customer Relationship Management platform. It has plenty of information and will be increasingly powerful. Yet, Convergence will never be the place where you will find the following information :

• PtP / Procurement to Pay processes : Convergence focuses only on the upstream processes (Qualification, selection, performance management...)
• Purchase Orders (POs) or Purchasing requests (PR) for example, will remain in SAP or SRM7
• Consolidated dashboard with Spend information: QlickView remain the advanced Business Intelligence tool although Convergence propose some reports
