In order to access Sinequa portal, the system will capture the user ID via the Windows login. The pop-up below will appear if Sinequa is unable to capture the user ID via the browser. The following scenarios will lead you to see the pop-up below:

  1. You are login to a computer without using your Solvay log in.
    1. You might be using a shared computer.
    2. You might be accessing via VPN.
  2. You are not using the standard laptop setup. The standard configuration for the Internet Explorer might be modified.

If the pop-up is appearing, just enter your Solvay Windows login and you will be able to access to the Sinequa portal.
