Each user has unique rights within Sinequa. Some items can't be seen because of the users' rights applied on the indexed documents.
Contact SBS Support via portal stating on which sinequa search (URL) you are having display rights issue.
The rule is that if a box contains one filter element only, the box won't be displayed.
Additionally, if you select a fliter from a box, this one will disappear afterward.

In order to access Sinequa portal, the system will capture the user ID via the Windows login. The pop-up below will appear if Sinequa is unable to capture the user ID via the browser. The following scenarios will lead you to see the pop-up below:

If the pop-up is appearing, just enter your Solvay Windows login and you will be able to access to the Sinequa portal.
