We follow the process to remove user's who are not in Solvay anymore or user's who hs not used account for a longer time duration.

In order to find out the list, we follow the process provided below.

Step 1: In the Qlikview server, open the Qlikview usage analysis and do the following selection.

Active = 'N'

Month Year -> Last Month Year

App Group -> All except :

• 'DPO' & 'Purchasing' because it's managed directly by Sylvie Severine
• CRM Analytics + Quality because access is mainly managed by SF team
• 'Not Mapped' & 'Others' because it's not Production dashboard
  
  

When we do this clean it's needed to verify if we have 0 Sessions during current month.

If we have sessions, 2 possibilities :

• Users has leaved Solvay during current month and has done a connection during current month

• Users is always on Solvay entity and we need to double check (In this case, please do not remove access)

Note: We need to do this process at the end of each quarter.
