There are 2 types of idea that can be collected. They are:
"Spontaneous idea" is collected for different tenants throughout the year.
For example, if you have any interesting ideas any time of the year for Function Industrial, you can simply goes to the tenant "Function Industrial" and submit a spontaneous idea without having to wait for a challenge that fit your idea.
"Challenge idea" is collected for a time-based challenges. In any event that Solvay see a need to gather ideas to improve on a particular subject, a challenge will be created.
For example, HSE would like to improve safety on plants. Merlion plant will like to start a challenge to collect ideas on how to improve safety and reward contributors for contribution within 2 months. A challenge will be created with a time period of 2 months to collect ideas. This type of idea are known as Challenge Idea.
