The user has received a message to collaborate on an idea, but when trying to open the link, he gets the following message:

Syensqo IS - Customer Support > Error's message when accessing an idea > sol6.bmp

Admin should check if the link is working properly; if so, chances are there are some profile limitations. In this case, for instance, the idea was posted as confidential – meaning that only authors and admins were allowed to see it:
