This notice, issued by the US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), announces the agency's order for the cancellations, voluntarily requested by the registrants and accepted by the agency, of pesticide products pursuant to the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA). This cancellation order follows a 6 Jul 2012 Federal Register notice of receipt of requests from the registrants to voluntarily cancel these product registrations. The products include EPA Reg No 000100-00863 for Sentinel 40WG Turf Fungicide (cyproconazole) from Syngenta Crop Protection; 003090-00165 for Sanitized Brand T96-21 (triclosan) from Sanitized Inc; and 005204-00001 for Biomet TBTO (tributyltin oxide) from Arkema Inc.
