Saudi Petrochemical Co (Sadaf) is in plans to shut its No.2 styrene monomer (SM) plant for maintenance turnaround.

A Polymerupdate source in Saudi Arabia informed that the plant is planned to be shut in mid-February 2014. It is likely to remain off-stream for around one month.

Located in Al-Jubail, Saudi Arabia, the plant has a production capacity of 580,000 mt/year.
