Try to remove temporary internet files from your computer.

Press  Ctrl + Shift + Del  to open the "Delete Browsing History" window.

Internet Explorer

1. Click Delete to clear your temporary internet files.
   Don't worry about which options to pick, just use the defaults.
2. Close and reopen Internet Explorer for the changes to take effect.

Chrome

1. Click Clear data
2. Close the Settings Window
