Your user profile contains basic information about you, which other users can see. In your own profile, you can update information about yourself, like your name, position, picture.
If you want to receive a notification whenever anyone update a page or space, you can 'watch' a Confluence page.
You can email anyone a link to a page with the 'Share' option

To access your pages or spaces quickly, mark them as favourites. It's a great way to get to the content you access every day.
In any page, just click on the glossary icon to check available terms in glossaries. Click on highlighted ones to display definitions.
