To contribute to Syensqo IS - Customer Support, your user must be included in a group of contributors.
There are 3 groups of contributors. You must be included in only one of them (according to your position) to contribute.

Before moving forward, check whether your user is already included in a contributor group. |

If you are not in one of these groups and you want to contribute, you must fill the appropriate form
Fill the form and submit it. If your request is approved you will be included in a contributors group and you can start your contribution
No, we trust you and we know that if you want to contribute it is because you have the knowledge requested.
Nonetheless we may decide to exclude a contributor if he doesn't follow the rules of the space. So we recommend that all contributors attend a training session and read the rules before starting their contribution.
