New Case reception

When a prospect/visitor registers a form on Solvay.com, the case is automatically created onto Salesforce

 

The Case Record Type is Webform.

In the Qualification Section, Webform Type/Subtype is defined. These fields are set depending on the form selected by the prospect/Customer

The information registered about the prospect/customer information (Company details and contact information) are populated in the Customer Contact Information section

The request contents are populated in the Webform Data and Additional Webform Data section
