Miro allows you to work on projects, brainstorm, do UX and product design, create agile boards, hold retrospectives or do other collaborative exercises.

How to?

To kick things off, create a new board and add a frame to it.

Each board is endless, and frames act like pages.

There is no need to start from scratch just pick a pre-made template from Miro's growing library — you
can skip it if you wish, you will always be able to use templates later.

What can you do?

  • You can easily navigate the board using Frames, and upload different types of content.
  • Use Stickies to write down ideasand tasks like on a real whiteboard. To speed things up, you can paste cells from a spreadsheet and each cell will be added as a sticky note or add notes in a bulk mode.
  • With Shapes and Connection Lines, it’s easy to create flowcharts anywhere on the board.
  • Invite co-workers and remote colleagues to hold real-time brainstorming and ideation sessions, or work at your own pace with people from different time zones.
  • Changes are highlighted on the boards to help keep you on track with updates.
  • You can also participate in discussions and get notified of important comments and mentions in the email, browser.
