Connection errorError when
trying to connect to DynaSys
I can't get connected to the tool
  • Make sure you are not trying to get connected during DynaSys unavailability timeframe : from 00:30 to 01:30 AM CET / 06:30 pm to 07:30 pm EST / 07:30 pm to 08:30 pm BR time
  • Check that your VPN is working. DynaSys is only accessible via intranet.
  • Try to just “Sign out” and connect again. No password is needed when connecting (leave empty)

  • You might be already connected, check if you already have a DynaSys window opened
  • You didn't disconnect correctly last time you used the software, you need to wait few minutes before trying to reconnect
  • A SBS employee might be using your profile to apply some changes in the database or in your workspace
Connexion errorConnexion lost

  • You lost connexion to the server, check if you still have access to the network.
    It will comeback as soon as you get connected again.
DataData is locked

  • A user is currently doing some modifications on the data

    If an other connected user have all below conditions :

    • common DFU/SKU with you in its scope

    • open a Workspace with in it the same modificable data

    → the software automatically locks the data for 1 user exclusively to prevent from a double modification at the same time.

DataData is locked

  • This image says "All connexions have been locked by the administrator".
    → It happens when Master Data are being updated because administrators are managing sensitive data and they need no one on the server.
DataData has changed

  • Somebody has just changed the data you are trying to load, you need to press reload to apply new data changes before being able to see it.
