You can create a ticket and explane to us what is your request → 



1) Once you've reached FreshDesk website, click onto Submit your request



2) Select IS Request in the list




3) You will then get to a form you'll need to fill in.

  • Write your subject and select Industrial and Planning (I&P) for your process.
  • You will also need to select your application. For DynaSys you either have DynaSys DP or DynaSys DIP-PP. Put the one you are concerned about for your request.
  • In the description part, you can write your explanation about your problem : what is it about ? How does it appear ? Does it appear every time ?
  • You can also attach a file : screenshot or video to show us what it is
  • And finally you will have to choose the priority for your request.




Once you've completed this form, our team will solve your issue as soon as possible.
