• Functional governance of tools (especialy IS Solutions) supporting logistics processes in the group. Avoiding proliferation of solutions, proposing innovative evolutions and maintaining under control the costs of those tools.
• Maintenance, evolutions and support of those tools through technical and IS high level expertise. 
• Support & advices to GBUs on logistics topics.
• Management of logistics data and especially logistic network modeling (routes).
• Modeling. Parameterization and data maintenance of transportation tariffs negociated by PSCE function.
• Freight cost settlement monitoring, treatment of gaps between invoice and accrual.
• Transactional logistic activities (shipments booking & tracking &storage activities piloting) through delivery platforms in the different zones, upon request of the GBUs.
