To contribute to RtR Operations, your user must be included in a group of contributors. 

 

 

 

 

Groups of contributors 

 

There are 3 groups of contributors. You must be included in only one of them (according to your position) to contribute.

sbsRtR-Space coordinators

Can create and manage a space in Confluence. Are also able to manage permissions,to maintain users and user groups, to use space workflows or to create a template

sbsRtR-Contributors

Can create and update a page, use a template, export or import a page, attach a picture, use complex macros…

sbsRtR-Readers

All readers

 

 

 

 

 

Before moving forward, check whether your user is already included in a contributor group.

 

 

 

 

 

Click on the group you should be included in, and look for your user

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

If you are not in one of these groups and you want to contribute, you must open a fresdesk ticket

> Do I need to ask for the approval of my manager or anyone else to contribute ? 

 

 

No, you have only to open a freshdesk ticket .We recommend that all contributors attend a training session and read the rules before starting their contribution.
