  1. Access to Gotit portal and click on Direct Access button.
    After the page is load, it redirected user back to same page again.

This could probably is because the username in Gotit and Windows account name for that user is not matched.

2. To check on Windows account name, go to Windows and search "cmd" for command prompt.

Type the below command "whoami" to get user Windows account name.

 

3. Go to Gotit portal and search for user profile.

Click on Edit Account and change Username with the Windows Account Name.

4. Click on "Submit" button at the bottom of the page to save the change.

User should be able to login to Gotit portal after this.
