If you are connected to the Solvay network (e.g. in your office, at another Solvay site, in your hotel using hotel Internet connection with your personal token, ext.) the link above is only what you need; you do not need to enter any user name or password.
If you are NOT connected to the Solvay network (e.g you are off site, you are using an internet connection without your personal token, ext.):
- you can still go to https://solvay-crm.my.salesforce.com but be aware that your AD - Active Directory username and password will be requested (e.g. your Alias and the password you enter when accessing Solvay laptop);
- you can go to http://login.salesforce.com and then enter your Salesforce.com username and password created at or after the go live date; your user name is your Solvay email address + ".crm" for production environment and + "crm.uat" for testing environment. If you dont remember your password, use option "Forgot my password" , if still does not work create a freshdesk ticket to ask for your password reinitialization.
