Training:

We follow the approach as 'Train the Trainer' i.e. the Key users which were identified as a part of Change Management was involved in the few days of training sessions by Technical expert. The expert trains the Key users on how to use the application, its functionalities and provide with the user manual which contains all the information for the users along with screenshots to understand the system better.

After few days of session (remote or face to face), the trainers have to train their respective team and so on. If trainer wants, technical experts can be a Silent part of training session and would comment only if required and let the trainer to run the show.

Roll out:

The Roll out mostly depends on the business needs, either they would like to Go Live to all the regions across globe in a single shot or prefer phase wise approach (one region at a time).
