Can all usage of Smartsheet be replaced by Google sheet (e.g Resource planning, predecessors, end date calculation, report, etc..) ?

Google sheet does not offer today all functionalities available in Smartsheet however some dedicated templates could serve similar usage. Shortly the task force will communicate about key usage and alternatives available at Solvay including Google Sheet.
