The reason to create this macro was to optimize the extraction of the internal bank audit activity executed by data team.
Root cause: Assist the operators on the extraction of the bank data modifications executed by internal operators, on the previous day.
Solution: Create a macro which downloads the bank modifications and filter them according to LAM/NAM scope and agents.
This Operating Procedure (OP) applies to SBS Curitiba Office, the responsible area is DMO LAM/NAM, though it can be adapted to other regions.
The Macro is executed daily, since all bank modifications in system must be audited.
Roles and Responsibilities
Thiago Carlins (Data Management Operator) was the main developer.
Edison Fontoura and Izabella Casagrande are the backups responsible to run the macro and correct eventual errors and bugs.
Macro is used in PRS system, the operator needs to have the credentials the transaction ZZR_LIST_CHG_BANK_VC.
Open the file Q:\Luiza Ciecilinsky\Bank IC macro.xlsm
Follow the steps:
1 - Certify that all data operators are included in the macro
2 - Certify that the users that do not have to be audited in the extraction are included in the second autofilter.
After it, the button on tab “sheet 1” can be pressed.
Enter transaction ZZR_LIST_CHG_BANK_VC.
Selects a Variant with the LAM/NAM bank modifications.
Filters the agents who must be audited.
The rows which will be audited must be split manually between the ones that will execute it.
(1) The macro will debug if the users are wrong.
In case of a problem in the VBA Robot running, the activity must be performed manually.
