The reason to create this macro was to optimize the extraction of the VWF pending requests, in order to use this information daily on Board Meeting and help on Data’s SLA control.
This Operating Procedure (OP) applies to SBS Curitiba Office, the responsible area is DMO LAM/NAM, though it can be adapted to other regions.
The Macro is executed daily. The information is used on Daily Board meeting.
Macro developer and backups
Izabella Casagrande (Data Management Operator) was the main developer.
Edison Fontoura and Thiago Carlins are the backups, responsible to run the macro and correct eventual errors and bugs.
Macro Access and credentials
Macro is used in PRS system, the operator needs to have the credentials to transaction Z1S_VWF_REQS_LIST, so the macro will download the database that will be used on excel.
Open the file Q:\Izabella Casagrande\Macro - Extração VWF\Macro - VWF
Before Running the macro, make sure the PRS is the only window opened.
1 - On tab “Execution”, click on the button “RUN”, so the worksheet will extract the data to Raw_data
The Macro is set to filter the data for pending workflow requests LAM/NAM
2 - After it, a pivot table is created on tab “Resume”

Enters transaction Z1S_VWF_REQS_LIST.
Selects the variant LAM_NAM VWF 2.
Erases the User of the agent which is extracting
Filter NAM/LAM requests (company zone column)
Downloads the database
Copies data to clipboard
Erases previous data on sheet
Pastes new data on sheet
Manual steps, after macro execution
Updates Pivot table.
Filters the agents who must be audited.
Split Audit Roles between Agents
(1) The macro will debug if the users are wrong.
Contingency
In case of a problem in the VBA Robot running, the activity must be performed manually.
