Why don't I see documents my colleague is able to display ?

E ch user has unique rights within Sinequa. Some items can't be seen because of the users' rights applied on the indexed documents.

Contact APPLICATIONS HELPDESKstating on which sinequa search (URL) you are having display rights issue.

Why do some box filters disappear after a selection?

T e rule is that if a box contains one filter element only, the box won't be displayed.
