Purpose of this query

This indicator allows to see for each material :

The existing PIR (Purchasing Info Record) with the validity period start and end date of the condition in progress or the last one.

The contract lines with the validity period start and end dates of the contract header.

Variables screen

Several variables are available in the report to allow filtering. None are mandatory.

Deletion Flag source of supply*: Flag that defines if the PIR and Contract have been flagged for deletion. By default equal to '#' (not flagged for deletion).

By default, the PIR and contracts with a deletion flag are out of the perimeter but you can change that in the variables prompt.

Material Deletion Flag <> Yes*+ : Report excludes all deleted materials+
Material Type* = Finished/Raw/Semi-Finished materials + Industrial supplies + General Supplies + Packaging (ZMAT + ZERS + ZHIB + ZVER)

By default the report is displayed by Purchase Organisation, Country, Site and Source of Supply Deletion Flag

Key Figures

Definition

Number of Records* : Number of materials
Number records with source supply* : Number of materials with a source of supply in the Contract/Purchase Info Record.
Number records without source supply* : Number of materials with no source of supply.

Conditions

Note that there is a condition active by default in this query. Condition "Number records with source supply = 1". With this condition active only the materials with a source of supply are displayed. This condition is only applied if displaying by Material Plant / Plant / Type source of supply.
