In the spreadsheet extracted from SAP (SAP spreadsheet) :
Delete the F to L columns
Delete all the colums after "Tax Number 1".
Filter in the "Cty" column anything that is not AR, and delete this data.
In the column "Tax Number 1", sort the spreadsheet by Smallest to Largest
After that, check which is the first number beginning with 3xxxxxxxxx and search for it in the xml file.

Xml file:
Press Crtl+F to find the number 3xxxxxxxxx, then select this line and press Crtl+shift+end

Crtl+c
Add a new worksheet(2) and paste this data
Fixing the data in the worksheet(2):
I separate the data by ';'
What matters is the information in columns 'E' and 'I'.
In column 'I', format the data to number
![]()
With the data from column E, I can use the 'vlookup' formula in to find out what percentage is associated with each 'Tax Number 1'.
I go back to SAP spreadsheet:
I manually search the xml file for the 'Tax Number 1' that I could not find through vlookup.
