When a user try to edit an experiment, an error message is displayed: 
That's mean that the user didn't correctly close the experiment or did not logout. A Functional Admin can unlock experiments: - Connect to the E-Workbook client
- Open the "Configuration" menu:
- Open the "Locked Entities" tab:
- Find the related experiment, select it and unlock it: right click on the line and "Unlock Selected Entity"
- Confirm:
