As a general rule and in case she does not have any new notification of increase of this amounts we take the real amounts from year n-1, divide by 12 months and update with Spain expected IPC for year n. To know the IPC price update go to link IPC Price Update.
To check the amounts for year n-1 look at the line items in n-1 of the Order associated to each line you want to fill in the recurring entry. It is important to use SAP Transaction Z1K_DETAIL.

"Concesión RAOS" total amount it is 110.982€ this amount divided by 12 should go to line “Tasa ocupación muelle Raos MM/YYYY” 110.982 / 12 = 9.249
"Tasa actividad" total amount it is 37.500 € this amount divided by 12 should go to line “Tasa explotación muelle Raos MM/YYYY 37.500 / 12 = 3.125
Example for 2020:
