In order to change the status of an image in Keepeek,

1. Search for the image in Folder tree.
2. Double click on the image for which you want to change the status. You will get the below screen,
   
   
   
   
3. Click on the "Status" option present on the top bar,

       4. Click on the status to which you want to change the status to. Status of the image will be changed accordingly,
