Step 1: http://qlikview.solvay.com/index.htm

Step 2: Open dashboard (depends where you save your bookmark)

Step 3: Choose the bookmark you want to share:
 

Step 4: Click in "More" then "Mail with bookmark as a link"

An email is created including the link :

Step 5 : Copy/Paste the link but without the beginning http://, 
only "qlikview.solvay.com/QvAJAXZfc/opendoc.htm?document=crm%20-%20analytics.qvw&bookmark=Server\BM122804-18&host=QVS@wdcqvap21"

We have to ask user to follow this as initial stage, if users confirmed that issue persists we have to ask users to follow the below steps.

May be Issue is with the browser handler/configuration, have to use google chrome for better results and then we have to follow the below steps,

1. Open Chrome
2. Open Gmail
3. Click on this icon

4. Click on the option Allow to open Gmail
5. Now "mailto:" functions will be opened with gmail and inside the email you will get the bookmark link

6. Open Chrome and Go to setting page and search for Handler. There you will get content setting click on that.

7. Then click on Handler then if you get below page, here in this page we need to remove both calendar and Gmail because our Gmail should be the default one for getting bookmark link.

8. Once removed again open chrome then open gmail and then we will get this page. We need to click on this icon and then you will get these option and need to click on Allow 

Then we can set Gmail will set as Default for getting Bookmark link.

9. Please select the bookmark you have created and click on mail with bookmark as link

10. Then you will get below link deliver to your mail
