The electronic signature is the possibility to sign electronically documents, without the need of printing, signing and scanning them

  • To execute a contractual agreement between Solvay and employee or third party companies

  • In countries which accept electronically signed and executed documents as official instruments


Solvay has signed a SaaS Agreement with DocuSign on Advanced eSignature compliant with Europe (eIDAS Regulation) and with US (UETA and ESIGN)

Every year Solvay is saving nnn pieces of paper and nnn hours of work by using electronic signature instead of tradicional one.
