We will receive a scenario to create a Dynamic list(Segmentation) with the Filter Properties "CADRE"

Choose the Filtering condition as Cadre from the Drop down list.

And choose the value as 'C'

In the above example, we have selected Cadre for Belgium, so the country code is selected as 'BR'

And Cadre is also selected.
