SOLUTION:
There is no provision in SAP to download the text which contains more than 128 characters using queries , this is the limitation in SAP.
However we have custom program available to download the full text but format may not be user friendly.
Please follow the below steps:
Transaction ZZMCTEXT
Please give data as below and click on execute icon.
To extract the data click on system at the top of the page followed by List-Save-Local File
